Unidentified gunmen attacked a vehicle traveling from Kulungugu to Bawku township, opening fire on it. The vehicle, with registration number GA 4454-09, was being escorted by the military. Despite the presence of the officers, the attackers proceeded with the assault.Although no deaths have been reported, eyewitnesses described the shooting as intense.
