The Office of the Attorney General has released a list of Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL) cases scheduled for hearing this week.
In an infographic shared on its official X (formerly Twitter) handle on Monday, June 29, the Attorney General's Office listed about seven cases, including that of the embattled New Patriotic Party (NPP) Ashanti Regional Chairman, Bernard Antwi Boasiako, popularly known as Chairman Wontumi, and the high-profile National Service Scheme (NSS) case involving the government and former NSS Deputy Executive Director, Gifty Oware-Mensah.
From June 29 to July 3, the courts will hear these cases.
At 9:00 a.m. on Monday, June 29, Criminal Court 4 will convene to hear the case involving Bernard Antwi Boasiako, alias Chairman Wontumi, and the Republic. The case is linked to charges of illegal mining activities in a protected forest reserve allegedly carried out by his company, Akonta Mining Limited, and includes an application for deferment of judgment.
On the same day, Specialized Court 1 will sit to hear the case between the Republic and Hanan Abdul-Wahab Aludiba and another person in connection with the Buffer Stock case, involving charges of alleged mismanagement and corruption at the National Food Buffer Stock Company.
Also on Monday, the case involving the Republic and Kwabena Adu-Boahene, together with two others, in the cybersecurity software scandal will be heard at Specialized Court 1. The accused persons face charges relating to alleged procurement and financial irregularities in cybersecurity software deals.

On Wednesday, July 1, the court will continue hearing the Adu-Boahene case, with the cross-examination of the fourth prosecution witness in relation to the cybersecurity software matter.
The following day, July 2, the court will hear the case brought by the government against Asamoah and Annor in connection with the Sky Train case, during which a ruling on the submission of no case to answer will be delivered.
