The beef between Kennedy Agyapong and Bishop obinim has also given rise to another between the member of parliament for Assin Central and the founder of Anointed Palace Chapel (Rev. Obofour).

After the arrest of Bishop Obinim , Rev. Obofour took to the media and dared Kennedy Agyapong that if he

is a man he should try him and see. Making a statement that Kennedy Agyapong is a useless man who has given birth to about 22 children.

Kennedy Agyapong after hearing this gave a deaf ear to him but rather wanted to release Bishop Obinim which has a result of him was in police custody and fined with an amount of 100,000 Ghana cedis. Rev Obofour still looking for a reply went on air to say that he will deal with Kennedy Agyapong spiritually and make him useless .

This made Kennedy Agyapong angry and during an interview made a shocking reply.

He replied by saying that " he would make Rev. Obofour vomit all what he said against him and make him regret starting this". However, Bishop Obinim was finally realeased from prison on Eid-ul fitr celebration which lead him to post a picture of him holding lots of 100 dollar notes claiming despite his arrest he is still rich.
