1 min readKumasi Asante Kotoko secured an easy 4-1 win over Vision FC in their match-week 17 clash of the 2024/2025 Ghana Premier League season.Striker Kwame Poku was the standout player, scoring and delivering an impressive performance in the victory at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.Kotoko took an early lead in the 8th minute when Poku scored with a fine finish, but Vision FC quickly responded with an equalizer from Nana Kwesi.

Peter Amidu Acquah restored Kotoko’s lead in the 32nd minute, putting them back in control of the match. He later scored again, and Saaka Dauda sealed the win with Kotoko’s fourth goal.This win moved Kotoko to third place on the league table with 29 points from 17 matches. They are currently on an impressive six-game unbeaten run, with five wins in their last six games, as they push for the league title.
