Wizkid, the Grammy-winning singer, made his first public appearance since his mother, Mrs. Jane Dolapo Balogun, passed away in Lagos State last month.

This tragic event led to Wizkid's withdrawal from the public eye, including a hiatus from social media.

However, he returned to the public scene nearly a month later by attending the "Gabrielle Chanel Fashion Manifesto" special viewing at The V&A in London, United Kingdom, on September 13, 2023, as evidenced by circulating photos.
