According to Joy News reporter Maxwell Agbagba, the police attempted to redirect protesters to take the Castle Road instead of the Kwame Nkrumah Avenue.The protesters, arguing for the shorter Kwame Nkrumah Avenue route, now find themselves barricaded by the police, leading to a standoff between the two groups.
