The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) held a press conference to address challenges likely to face its primaries slated for Saturday, May 13, 2023.

On Friday morning, Dr Kwabena Duffuor, a presidential aspirant withdrew his injunction application to have the party's presidential and parliamentary election suspended.

Few hours later, it emerged that another injunction application has been filed against the party by one Edgar Asamoah Boateng. Per reports, that injunction has been discontinued.
