Shatta Mama's publicist, Reagan Mends, confirmed the breakup and said that the actor wasn't entirely in favor of him telling the public about the relationship.

"Kofi Adjorlolo denied ever instructing me to announce the news of their marriage after giving me the go-ahead to do so.
