1 min readA member of the camp of former Trades Minister and NPP presidential aspirant, Alan Kyerematen, has made a candid but startling revelation to the effect that Mr Kyerematen’s camp engaged in vote buying in the just ended Super Delegates Conference.

Hopeson Adorye made the revelation during an interaction with the press after the Conference which took place on August 26, 2023.

“Ask the delegates whether they received money or not. I’m saying that nobody will deny the fact that when you’re contesting in an election you don’t pay money,” he said in response to a question posed by one of the journalists.

Asked by another journalist if the Alan camp also paid some money, he noted that: “If I sit here and I say no I’m a hypocrite. How can you believe someone who says he’s contesting an election and did not give a dime? We have something small that we give to them for T and T,” he said.
