The victim, who remains unidentified, shared his account with the media, detailing his encounter with Frank Cudjoe, also known as Cocoa Sika, the NPP chairman for Bia West.

This encounter reportedly transpired in 2022 when the victim, recovering from an illness contracted in Libya, relocated to Ghana. The victim stated that upon his return, the company responsible for bringing him to Ghana encouraged him to initiate an independent business venture. Driven by aspirations to establish a cement enterprise, he crossed paths with Cocoa Sika and engaged in transactions to acquire the necessary goods.

Regrettably, subsequent to making payments, the victim alleges that Cocoa Sika has evaded fulfilling the agreed-upon arrangements, responding with excuses and instructing the victim to apprehend an employee associated with him. "I was in Libya, but I came back to Ghana because I wasn't well. The company that brought me to Ghana treated me until I recovered.
2
After my recovery, they said they would like me to work in Ghana and asked about the business I wanted to pursue. I expressed my interest in selling cement, and they instructed me to obtain an invoice and return to collect a cheque to start the business. The person provided me with a three-day deadline to pick up the items. However, since 2022, he has been evasive.

His current demand is that I should arrest an employee working with him, or he won't provide the cement. He alleges I should apprehend the employee for theft. The person in question is the NPP chairman in Bia West, known as Frank Cudjoe, also referred to as Cocoa Sika.

During a confrontation, the victim questioned this directive, only for Cocoa Sika to allege that the said employee had engaged in theft, despite no prior business interactions between them. However, after making payments, the victim alleges that Cocoa Sika failed to honor the agreed-upon arrangements, offering excuses and advising the victim to apprehend one of his employees.

In response, the victim questioned this directive during a confrontation, prompting Cocoa Sika to assert that the said employee had engaged in theft, despite no prior business interactions between the victim and the employee.Frustrated by the lack of progress in resolving the matter, the victim sought assistance from third parties, including the district woman organizer, where Cocoa Sika stipulated a deadline to provide the promised goods.
6
"I reported the issue to the district woman organizer, who spoke to him. He assured her that he would provide the goods soon. However, after the deadline passed, I made several attempts to contact him, but he was unresponsive. I sent him a voice note to express my dissatisfaction, and he informed me that due to my voice note, he would no longer supply the goods.
7
I informed my company about the situation, and they tried to contact him, but without success," he added. The deadline passed without delivery, prompting the victim to convey his displeasure via a voice note. In response, Cocoa Sika defiantly asserted that no one could take any action against him.
8
The victim stated that he has reported the case to the police, but Cocoa Sika has shifted the blame onto his employee, maintaining that the employee, and not he, should be held responsible."I reported the matter to a police commander, and he was summoned to the police station. Nevertheless, he insisted that the police should arrest his employee.

The police instructed me to go and arrest the employee working with him, and he has asserted that no one can take any action against him," he added.
