Joining the trend of culinary marathons sweeping Africa and particularly Ghana, Chef Ebenezer Smith, also known as 'The Millennials Chef,' is gearing up to break and establish a new record for the longest individual cooking marathon.

On Monday, January 22, Chef Ebenezer Smith declared his intent to surpass the current record held by Chef Faila.

His ambitious culinary endeavor is set to kick off on the 1st of February and continue until the 15th of the same month at the Amadia Shopping Center in Spintex, Accra.

In his statement, he wrote;

“A Ghanaian is the definition of passion, Steady and persistent. My name is Ebenezer Smith (The Millennium Chef) and I am not here to just bring our record back to where it belongs;

I am here to inspire every Ghanaian.We know no bounds when we set our minds to a task.“
