On July 25, Ghanaian journalist, Paul Adom-Otchere stated that the missing €300,000 belongs to Madam Dapaah's husband.
"We are now accounting for €300,000 of Cecilia Dapaah’s husband who says the money is for him. He claims it in the statement to the police," he said on Good Evening Ghana.
