Ghanaian international Thomas Partey has become a transfer target for Spanish giants Barcelona in the upcoming January transfer window, according to reports.
Barcelona is reportedly seeking a replacement for the injured Gavi, with Partey among the players being considered, as per Mundo Deportivo.
Other players on Barcelona's list include Renato Sanches, Kalvin Phillips, Andrey Santos, Pierre-Emile Højbjerg, Yann M'Vila, and Grzegorz Krychowiak.
Partey, who has been sidelined by recurring injuries, has expressed his intention to leave Arsenal, and it remains to be seen whether Barcelona will pursue him or opt for other options.
The Ghanaian midfielder is currently recovering from an injury that has kept him out of action since early October. It's uncertain if Partey will be available for the Black Stars in the upcoming 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast.
