He was in charge of the 87 Bank retail locations as well as the Business Banking, Agribusiness, and Operations Divisions of the Bank.He was primarily in charge of the Bank's business units, accountable for operational performance, driving and enforcing a rigid performance culture within the Bank, and supporting the Managing Director in fostering an atmosphere that encourages staff commitment to the organization's vision, mission, and strategy.Mr.

Yakubu-Tali has a Business Administration diploma from West London College in London as well as an MBA in marketing from City University in Bellevue, Washington (Frankfurt Campus).He now holds positions on the boards of Agridev Limited, Cotton Development Authority, and Forestry Plantation Development Fund Management.Mr.

Yakubu-Tali joins the role of Managing Director with first-hand experience of the Bank's trajectory and serves as Chairman of the Bank's Strategy Implementation Committee.
