Ghana was hit by energy crisis during the tenure of John Dramni Mahama. This led to the closure of several businesses and this brought about hardship in the country. One individual who stood her grounds to ensure that the crisis is resolved was actress Yvonne Nelson. Although she was called names and insulted by some politicians, she brought Ghanaians together to demonstrate to call on the government to resolve the issue.
