Ghanaian Kumawood actor Don Little has publicly declared his quest for love.
Taking to his social media, he expressed frustration over his struggles in finding a life partner despite having enough money to take care of her and a 10-bedroom house to accommodate a big family.
In the video shared on X (formerly Twitter), he lamented the imbalances of life, noting that whether one is rich or poor, no one is spared from life's pressures. He started saying "This world edon, balance oh, if you get money, wahala, if you no get money walaha, see I suffer wey I build this house" he said in pidgin.
"This world isn’t balanced because it’s a problem if you don’t have money, and it’s also a problem if you do. I suffered to build this house, but I’m the only person sleeping in this 10-bedroom house."
"Inside the house, I sleep in only one bedroom. I need a woman to stay with, but I can’t find one. I’ve been searching for some time now, yet I can’t find anyone. My house feels like a cemetery," he said.
He went on to invite interested women to contact him directly or leave a comment in the comment section for his attention.
"If you’re interested, leave a comment in the comment section. I need a woman to be with. Because in this world, when you don’t have money, it’s a problem. When you have money too, you don’t know who to spend it with," he added.
In response to his post, some netizens questioned why he was seeking a life partner to share his wealth with, asking why he wasn’t turning to his family instead. Others wished him well in his search for love.
However, some also criticised his decision to turn to social media, suggesting it would only attract fake affection from women interested in his money rather than genuine love, especially because of his stature.
Don Little is 27 years however, he suffers from a form of dwarfism, which results in his notably short height.
According to IGI Global’s African perspective on dwarfism, individuals with dwarfism often face psychosocial barriers that affect their inclusion in everyday life—including relationships.
These barriers include negative societal attitudes, limited accessibility, and being perceived as childlike, which can discourage romantic interest or lead to patronising behaviour.
However, he often reminds fans that “the fact that our stature is different does not mean you should disrespect and see us as children.”
Don Little's acting journey began about a decade ago, around 2011, when he was featured in numerous movies—some of which were never released.
One role that catapulted him to fame was his appearance in the popular TV comedy series Cow and Chicken, which starred Ghanaian comedian Funny Face.
This opened him up for several other roles in movies such as "Boys Abr3, Desperate Lovers, and Slay Queens" among others.
