You have been induced with money- Efia Odo lashes out Diana Asamoah for supporting the current govt

Ghanaian actress and socialite Efia Odo has criticized gospel musician Diana Asamoah for her response when asked about the economic hardships that citizens are facing in the country. According to Efia Odo, Diana Asamoah cannot speak the truth about the current state of the Ghanaian economy because she has been influenced by money.

Efia Odo went on to describe Diana Asamoah as a Christian who lacks the Holy Spirit, accusing her of spreading falsehoods to the public despite being aware of the hardships in the country. This criticism highlights a difference of opinion between the two personalities regarding the economic challenges faced by Ghanaians, with Efia Odo expressing her frustration at what she sees as a lack of honesty in the discourse.

“Diana Asamoah has had an encounter with money so now the Holy Spirit has left her and she’s unable to speak the truth. When the Holy Spirit dwells within, you are able to speak the truth no matter how painful it is !!! God is watching.

“Does she [Diana Asamoah] really know what’s going on in the country? Does she understand what we’re fighting for? What does this image have to do with greed and envy?” Efia Odo wrote on X in reaction to Diana Asamoah’s remarks on the state of the Ghanaian economy.

I have always maintainedEfia Odo expressed her frustrations with Diana Asamoah after the gospel musician praised the Akufo-Addo-led government for introducing initiatives such as free senior high school (SHS) and other projects. Diana Asamoah’s statement, suggesting that the citizens’ attitudes need to change for economic hardship to be alleviated, seems to have sparked Efia Odo’s criticism.

Efia Odo’s response underscores the ongoing public debate and differing opinions about the impact of government policies and the overall state of the Ghanaian economy. Her frustration with Diana Asamoah’s perspective on the matter reflects the diversity of viewpoints and the passionate discussions surrounding the economic challenges faced by the country’s citizens. that even if Jesus becomes president and we don’t change our attitudes, we won’t have it right,” she said on United Showbiz programme on September 30, 2023.
