Why Ahoufe Patricia was sacked from UCC

Ghanaian actress and fitness trainer, Priscilla Opoku Agyeman, popularly known as Ahoufe Patricia, revealed that she was expelled from the University of Cape Coast (UCC) after just one year due to academic difficulties.

During an interview with the media, she revealed, “I attended UCC for a year. Just a year, and they asked me to leave. I couldn’t progress to level 200.”

When questioned if she left voluntarily or was jesting, she clarified that she indeed faced academic challenges, resulting in her expulsion.

She honestly admitted, “I failed my exams. That’s the truth. I feel like, back then, I was really young and not focused on my studies. I regret that now, but that’s what happened.”

Nonetheless, she contended that this experience brought her back to Accra, where she eventually found her breakthrough in acting.

“That brought me back to Accra; I went to NAFTI, and that’s where it all began for me. So, I believe everything happened for a reason,” she affirmed.
