The editor in chief of the New Crusading Guide, Mr. Abdul Malik Kwaku Baako has rubbished the allegations made by the embattled former President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Mr. Kwesi Nyantakyi that Anas demanded $150,000 through a third party to cancel the screening of the documentation.
Speaking on News File on the Joy News Channel, the Ace journalist said “it is not true that Anas Aremeyaw Anas demanded $150,000 from Nyantakyi. That is a “bloody-lie” I say it is a lie. Now he [Kwesi Nyantakyi] talks of a third party, let him mention the name of the third party”
Kwaku Baako dared Mr. Kwesi Nyantakyi and Mr. Kennedy Agyapong, member of Parliament for Assin Central to mention the name of the third party and according to him [Kwaku Baako], a whole lot of information is going to be unraveled.
Mr. Nyantakyi on Monday released a statement citing that there was a demand on him through a third party to part with $150k for Anas to drop the videos on him and he didn’t have the said amount of money to meet his demand.
Mr. Kwaku Baako however admitted that there was a third party who is a well-known lawyer in the country but the claims made by the former GFA boss are lies.
