Owner of Division One side King Faisal, Alhaji Karim Gruzah has lambasted the FIFA/CAF liaison team leader, Dr. Kofi Amoah for exhibiting immaturity by sharing monies to players in front of their technical handlers.

Dr. Kofi Amoah gave each player a $100 last week at their training camp in Pampram after meeting with the team, who are bound for France for the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup.

Alhaji Karim Gruzah, who was speaking on Accra based Radio Station Happy FM indicated the liaison team is at sea with issues regarding the manner in which they are handling the national teams.

“Dr Kofi Amoah didn’t do well by sharing dollars to players. He will be blamed if there’s any indiscipline among the players . He didn’t apply his maturity,” Alhaji Gruzah said.

“He should have given the money to the technical team or the coach to share it to the players. That’s how it was supposed to be done. The Liaison team clearly don’t know what they are doing,” he added

The liaison team are expected to spearhead the activities of the various national teams as government and all stakeholders work on the return of domestic football in the country.

Meanwhile, last week there were reports government has declined paying for ticket fare for Black Satellites players, who ply their trades abroad and have been invited for the upcoming Africa Youth Championship qualifiers.
