President of the Creative Arts Council has urged Akoo Nana to lie low when it comes to the Menzgold and Bank of Ghana (BoG) brouhaha and its attendant discussions.

According to Mark Okraku Mantey, Akoo Nana doesn’t have the authority to call on President Akufo-Addo to wade into the matter.

The astute music producer said this in an interview with Andy Dosty on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM, Tuesday.

“I expect people like Sarkodie, Kojo Antwi to say they won’t give their vote to a politician, not Akoo Nana”.

A few days ago, Hiplife artiste Akoo Nana took to his Instagram page to share a video of himself commenting on the bank of Ghana and Menzgold fracas.

He called on president Akufo-Addo to stop the central bank from defaming Menzgold as this might affect his chances of winning 2020 elections.
