Ghanaian media personality, Oheneni Adazoa, recently shared the surprising story of how she met her husband during an interview on the Delay Show.The Sompa FM presenter revealed that their relationship began unexpectedly in 2003 while she was living in the United Kingdom.Adazoa was attempting to call a relative in Ghana to discuss funeral arrangements but accidentally dialed the wrong number.The call connected her to a man she had never met or known before, who would eventually become her husband.“I met my husband in 2003 through a wrong call. I was calling someone in Ghana. I missed some of the digits so it went to another person [who is now my husband].

“My mother who was based in Italy had visited Ghana for my auntie’s funeral so I was calling to find out preparations for the funeral when the number went to another person,” she said.Following this chance encounter, the two continued to communicate for a year, developing a bond despite never having met in person.Their relationship deepened, leading them to arrange for marriage.They wed before Adazoa decided to leave the UK and permanently return to Ghana.
