Video Assistant Referee (VAR) technology would soon become a reality for the nation’s football leagues. “We will introduce VAR to our football,” stated Kurt Okraku, highlighting the GFA’s commitment to embracing technological advancements in the sport. He went on to explain that incorporating VAR is a crucial element of the GFA’s comprehensive plan to enhance refereeing standards across the country.
