A female police officer from Mamponteng in Kwabre East Municipality, Ashanti Region, Corporal Boakye, has reportedly taken her own life.

A video shared by Angel FM shows the lifeless body of the woman being carried on a stretcher to the morgue. The footage captured the profound grief of her family, friends, and neighbors as they mourn.Authorities are yet to conduct a post-mortem on the body.

The reasons behind Corporal Boakye’s actions remain unclear as the investigation continues.
