Sadio Mane has denied reports suggesting an imminent transfer to a Saudi Arabian club

The future of Bayern Munich forward Sadio Mane remains uncertain, as his manager has changed his stance regarding the player's immediate destination.

Mane, who joined Bayern Munich from Liverpool, may be facing a potentially lengthy summer as he could be on the verge of leaving the club after just one season, despite being part of the reigning Bundesliga champions.

A reported falling out with teammate Leroy Sane and a struggle to adapt to the Bundesliga have added to speculation that Mane could be seeking a transfer away from Bayern Munich during the summer transfer window.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, initial discussions between Mane and teams in the top tier of Saudi Arabian football have taken place, although they are still in the early stages.

However, the player’s manager, Bacary Cisse, has recently denied the rumoured offers from clubs in the Middle Eastern country, even claiming discussions had not taken place at all.

In news related to the forward, Sports Brief reported that if Mane joined the Saudi league, he would become part of a long list of players to sign up for the country's top flight.

Al-Ahli are said to be interested in signing the Senegalese forward, wanting to reunite him with his ex-Liverpool teammate, Roberto Firmino, who joined earlier this week.
