After referee Eso Doh Morrison blew the final whistle, Elmina Sharks players and officials attacked the referee and other match officials, angry over a penalty call that led to All Blacks' win.

Match officials had to be quickly escorted off the field to ensure their safety.
Video from the game shows that referee Morrison didn't call a penalty right away after two players bumped into each other in the Sharks' penalty area. However, after medical staff checked on the players, the referee decided to award a penalty to the visiting team.
