Renowned Dutch club Ajax is actively searching for a successor to Mohammed Kudus as he prepares to depart this summer, according to reports.

The Ghanaian striker has been the subject of various transfer speculations in recent months.

Despite significant interest from clubs like Manchester United, Liverpool, and Borussia Dortmund, Kudus remains an integral part of Ajax.

Over the weekend, news emerged that Brighton & Hove Albion from the English Premier League have secured an agreement with Ajax to acquire Kudus.

While the possibility of losing the prominent Ghanaian player is acknowledged, Ajax is proactively scouting potential candidates to fill his shoes.

Among the prospects being considered is young Ghanaian talent Ernest Nuamah. Ajax perceives Nuamah as an ideal replacement for Kudus and is reportedly ready to present an offer to FC Nordsjaelland in the event of Kudus's departure this summer.

Aged 20, Nuamah has already made a name for himself in the Danish Superliga since last season. Impressively, he has tallied four goals and contributed one assist in just three appearances this season.
