Nollywood star Yul Edochie and his second wife, Judy Austin, are embroiled in continuing family disputes.Danielle Edochie, the actor's first daughter, has drawn attention by changing her Instagram surname from "Edochie" to "Dubem."As Yul and Judy remain in the public eye due to recent social media recordings, speculation about possible family events is growing.These rumours imply that a judge will issue them a divorce and property possession, but the family hasn’t commented yet on it.May Edochie had initiated divorce proceedings, citing adultery and was seeking a substantial sum of N100 million in damages from Judy Austin.

Furthermore, she had also filed for a restraining order to prevent Yul from accessing their former matrimonial home, expressing concerns for her safety and that of their children.May had successfully obtained full custody of their kids.During the court hearing, Yul Edochie allegedly denied the claims of being married to Judy Austin, leaving many bewildered by the unexpected twist in the ongoing legal battle.Danielle Edochie has in the past expressed her discontent with her father through an Instagram story to share a perplexing message, alluding to a man attempting to accomplish two conflicting objectives in the midst of a series of contentious events.

This reaction from Danielle comes following the loved up and dramatic videos of Yul Edochie and his second wife Judy Austin despite the death of her brother, Kambilichukwu Edochie.

Dani who is currently 18 years old was born on April 14, 2005, as the first and only daughter of Nollywood actor Yul Edochie and her mother’s name is May-Yul Edochie.

Dani grew up with her parents in the Lekki area of Lagos state, and she has three younger siblings, namely Kambili, Karl, and Victory Yul-Edochie.

Kambili-Yul Edochie, who was her immediate younger brother and first son of her parents, died on 30 March 2023 at the young age of 16.

Reports say he died after suffering from a seizure while playing football with his friends at school.

Dani is now left with two younger brothers, Karl and Victory.

Dani’s parents got married in 2004 when her mother was just 22.
