In an effort to bolster his real estate business, Yul Edochie, co-captain of Isi Mmili Global Limited, strategically showcased images of a recently closed property deal with the intention of attracting his property-seeking followers.
However, the narrative took an unexpected turn when Kelechukwu Emmanuel, the CEO of another real estate firm, swiftly interjected, claiming credit for orchestrating the successful property sale.
This unexpected twist set off a flurry of reactions online. Yul Edochie, the renowned Nollywood actor, recently ventured into real estate with the launch of Isi Mmili Global Limited.
He shared images of a property his company had recently sold, prompting a swift response from Kelechukwu Emmanuel, the Managing Director and CEO of Kayceelaw Properties Limited.
The actor, who unveiled his real estate company boasting properties in Nigeria, including Abuja, Lagos, and the USA, showcased pictures of the interior and exterior of a 4-bedroom duplex recently sold in Abuja.

A fan took to the comment section, directing a question to Yul Edochie and tagging Kelechukwu, the CEO of Kayceelaw Properties Limited.
The inquiry sought to confirm if the house Yul claimed to have sold was among Kelechukwu's properties.
In a prompt response, Kelechukwu confirmed that it was indeed the same house.
He clarified that the sale was orchestrated by his company, not by Yul Edochie and Judy Austin.
Kelechukwu wrote;
“We sold the home. Not him”
He reinforced this by dropping a comment on the actor’s post to emphasise his company’s role.
