After prosecution, the courts have officially declared the couple to be mentally unstable, hence the need for psychiatric treatment.As reported by Ghanaian journalist Kofi Adoma Nwanwani, the Attorney-General recommended, during the court proceedings, that Empress Lupita and her husband undergo treatment at a psychiatric hospital.
