Founder and President of the Atta Mills Institute, and former General Secretary of the NDC, Samuel Koku Anyidoho, has reacted to Kwesi Ahwoi's comment that has received condemnation from a section of the opposition party.

At an event in Accra for Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, Mr. Ahwoi suggested that she should be prepared for any scenario that could lead to her presidency.

"Mahama was not prepared to become President. Nature skewed things in such a way that President Mills had to give way to John Mahama. Anything can happen. So Naana, be ever prepared," Mr Ahwoi stated.

He made the statement after noting how the death of the late Mills paved way for Mahama to become president in July 2012.

Now, reacting to Mr Ahowi's statement, Anyhidoho has reiterated his believe that Mills died before his time.

Oyiwa! They also gloated in Prez Mills’ death. We shall know the truth," Anyidoho stated on X.
