In his speech, Yagbonwura expressed his commitment to dispensing justice impartially and in accordance with the law, equity, and customs. He emphasized his administration's dedication to promoting customs, traditions, unity, peace, and development in the Savannah Region.

He stated, "This can be achieved on the principle of trust and faith, perseverance, and justice delivery."The Savannah Regional Minister, Saeed Muhazu Jibril, called on Yagbonwura to exercise patience in his interactions with the people of the region to foster inclusivity and unity.

He emphasized the importance of peace and security in achieving the region's development goals and pledged the full support of the Regional Coordinating Council for the region's traditional areas.Saeed Muhazu Jibril encouraged chiefs and queen mothers to work towards peace and development in their respective areas, highlighting the readiness of the Regional Coordinating Council to assist in addressing security and development issues.
