"The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration expresses deep concern regarding reports of mistreatment and extortion at certain Passport Application Centers (PACs). To combat this problem, the Ministry urges affected applicants to report any instances of corruption or mistreatment."The Ministry also advised applicants to avoid dealing with staff lacking proper identification badges.
