New Patriotic Party (NPP) has confirmed it will not make public the findings of a committee set up to review its loss in the 2024 general elections.
Director of Communications of the NPP made this known in an interview with JoyNews after the party leadership received the report from the 12-member committee led by Professor Aaron Mike Oquaye on Wednesday in Accra.
“It is an internal document that will guide the party’s reform process and help position us for victory in 2028.
So, while it may not have been explicitly stated, it is clearly implied that the document is not meant for public consumption,” he said.
Mr. Ahiagbah added that although the full report won't be released, the key issues and lessons will be communicated to party supporters in other forms.
He stressed that the report’s recommendations will play an important role in reshaping the party’s strategies as it prepares for the next election.
