1 min readThe Ghana Health Service (GHS) has refuted the assertion suggesting that the Western Region has recorded its first case of monkeypox.In a press release signed by the Western Regional Director of Health Services, Dr Yaw Ofori Yeboah noted that an individual in the Ahanta West Municipality reported to a health facility with blisters but was misinterpreted as a monkeypox.
