A Magistrate Court in the Yaba area of Lagos State has remanded Azeez Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley, and Lagos socialite Balogun Eletu, also known as Sam Larry, in police custody for a period of 21 days. This decision was reached after the Lagos State Police Command requested a 30-day custody period to complete their investigation, but the court ruled in favor of a 21-day remand.

Both Naira Marley and Sam Larry have faced allegations related to the death of an individual, allegations they have vehemently denied. The situation has garnered attention due to the strained relationship between Naira Marley and Mohbad, who left Marlian Records, owned by Naira Marley, under controversial circumstances last year.

Furthermore, the Lagos State Police Command has declared Owodunni Ibrahim, also known as Primeboy, wanted for failing to respond to an invitation regarding the death of Mohbad. This development was disclosed by SP Benjamin Hundeyin, the Police Public Relations Officer in Lagos, in a statement released on Wednesday.
