A Bolt driver, identified as Bright Kator, was allegedly assaulted by two women and a man after he declined to pick them up for canceling a ride and requesting an offline trip.
Kator claimed he drove for 15 minutes to the designated pickup point between Botwe school junction and Lakeside Estate, waited for the passengers, and received a call from them after six minutes stating that he was at the wrong location.
Although he managed to locate them, they canceled the ride but insisted he still pick them up, leading to a reported physical assault on the driver.
Images of the incident shared by X user, @SIKAOFFICIAL1, depict the driver with bloody and swollen lips.
Bright has reported the issue to the Lakeside Police Station, per a medical form shared by the X user.
