Jeffrey Schlupp and Jordan Ayew, two players from Ghana, have renewed their contracts with Crystal Palace of the Premier League, according to The Athletic.
Both players' contracts were slated to expire in June 2023, at the conclusion of the 2022–23 campaign.
Schlupp joined Crystal Palace in 2017, coming from Leicester City, and Ayew joined the Eagles during the 2018–19 season on loan from Swansea City before making a permanent move the following year.
Schlupp's current deal has a one-year extension option set to expire at the end of the season, which has been triggered. The duo has been key for the Selhurst Park outfit with their versatility.
Jordan Ayew has played 28 Premier League games for Crystal Palace, scoring one goal and creating one more.
Meanwhile, Schlupp has played one game less and scored two goals.
Jordan was in action for the Black Stars in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying doubleheader against Angola but Schlupp has not played for Ghana in almost two years.
