Ghanaian rapper Freda Rhymz says she’s ready to make a strong comeback and reclaim her spot among the country’s top music talents.
Speaking in an interview on Okay FM, she admitted that stepping away from the spotlight affected her career.
She explained that her break was mostly due to issues surrounding her departure from a record label.
“I didn’t have much of a choice. I needed time off to fix things and find my rhythm again. The process was long, I had to wait, resolve everything, and come back stronger,” she shared.
Freda Rhymz made a short-lived return in 2022 with her song Don’t Kiss Me, which brought her some attention.
Around the same time, she stirred controversy with a heated beef with Sista Afia, briefly making headlines.
But as the buzz faded, so did her visibility in the music scene, leaving fans curious about her absence.
Now, Freda is back with fresh determination, ready to revive her career and make a strong impact in the industry once again.
