Tanzanian musician Diamond Platnumz has announced that he is already married to his girlfriend of many years, Zuchu.

While the actual date of their marriage ceremony remains unknown, the musician noted that many people never expected him to become somebody's husband, largely due to the perception that he is a womanizer.

"Anyway, I know each of you has a completely different picture of Diamond Platnumz and marriage, but today I want to tell you that this Diamond Platnumz has already married," he wrote on Instagram.

Diamond further recounted his journey of how he kept his love life away from the public eye.

"Among the things I have learned is the maturity of staying silent… This maturity requires a high level of patience, it requires you to have a patient heart and especially to strengthen your spirit when someone or people are accusing you of some evil in society, but you have your truth but you are required to just stay silent," he wrote in an Instagram post.

For those interested in knowing how his love story unfolded, the Tanzanian musician expressed a willingness to share in due time.

"...one day I will tell you how it happened," he said in a post shared on Instagram.

In other news, Tanzanian singer Juma Jux held the last part of his wedding celebrations on May 28.

Jux and his wife have already celebrated their marriage in several countries.

In a video shared on Instagram, Jux joked that his wife is worn out from all the ceremonies, outfit changes, and cultural expectations—while he mostly just had to wear a suit.

He mentioned that even after five or six ceremonies, it still doesn't feel like enough.

His dream was to celebrate their love in every country that means something to them, including Rwanda, where they first met.

Despite how tiring it’s been, Jux praised his wife for handling it all.
