It was a bad day at the office for Ghana international Daniel Amartey as Leicester City and West Ham United settled for a 1-1 draw in the English Premier League on Saturday. Deployed at right-back, the 23-year-old had a terrible end to the game after picking an ankle injury from a challenge with Michail Antonio.

The Black Star appeared to have snapped his ankle, and had to be stretchered off the pitch in an incident that happened towards the end of the game. It will certainly be a blow to the utility man, who, following a nightmarish season opener against Manchester United, appears to be recovering his mojo, having had a run of decent games.
