Ghanaian Hiplife artist Gasmilla spearheaded a beach cleanup event named "Falefale" on Wednesday, April 17th, together with schoolchildren from Jamestown. The initiative aimed to clean the beach and educate youngsters about environmental issues, aligning with the saying "Train a child in the way they should go, and when they are old, they will not depart from it."Gasmilla expressed his belief that instilling sanitation values in today's children would make them more environmentally conscious adults.

He noted that involving children in the cleanup made it enjoyable, providing an opportunity to educate them about waste sorting and recycling.
