2 mins readThe New Patriotic Party (NPP) communication team member, Kingsley Amoakwa-Boadu, has noted that the government is keen on improving the lives of Ghanaians.In an interview on TV3, he noted that ensuring citizens' wellbeing is paramount, as it is the key determinant of the NPP retaining power come the 2024 general elections.

In the absence of a better life for Ghanaians ahead of the next polls, the ruling party, he says, would be kicked out of government.To prevent this, he noted that government has already taken steps to ensure it rectifies the economic challenges Ghanaians are facing.He is optimistic that before the next polls, the ruling party will have addressed the many challenges in the country.

"Between now and next year by now, some of the things we have to do, we have done a lot of things, but the economic situation is such that people are not even listening to that. Because when it comes to economic issues, it is no more a party-color issue."The economic conditions which is a global issue, but people feel it as individuals. That is what we are working against. We need to ensure that the economic situation has improved.

We are trying very hard, we are doing that.As for demonstrations they will come, it is their right to do so. We are attempting to break the 8.
