He is an Economist, Chartered Accountant, and Tax Practitioner with vast expertise in public finance, macroeconomics, fiscal and tax policy, and business management.

He holds a PhD in Finance from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and Master’s degrees in Taxation and Economics from the University of Oxford and KNUST. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from London South Bank University.John Abdulai Jinapor, nominated for the Ministry of Energy, has a wealth of experience in energy economics and finance.

His academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Economic Policy Management, an MBA in Marketing, and a Master of Science in Development Finance from the University of Ghana.
