During his campaign tour, Kyerematen encountered orphaned children begging for alms at the Bantama market, an experience that reinforced his determination to prioritize the welfare of neglected children. In response, he emphasized the importance of creating market-based support centers and delivering essential services such as teaching, counseling, healthcare, and nutritional assistance to these children.
