Veteran retired British actress, Viscella Richards has been discovered deceased in her bedroom in Valsayn, Trinidad and Tobago, at the age of 79. Authorities suspect foul play, linking her death to a robbery as her residence was reportedly ransacked.

The retired actor, known by the stage name Vikki Richards, passed away on Wednesday, and although police reports indicate no visible signs of violence on her body, an investigation has been initiated.

Initial findings suggest the possibility of a heart attack, prompting further examination.

Paying tribute to Richards, a relative described her as "beautiful" not just in appearance but also in soul. Despite her retirement, she remained active in the performing arts, collaborating with a theatre group and engaging in various projects.

The relative emphasized her outgoing nature, stating, "She was an outgoing person. She loved to perform – she never stopped."

Richards's friend and barrister, Sir Timothy Cassel KC, noted that both the gate and door were open when she was discovered, speculating on the circumstances of her letting someone in.
