1 min readGhanaian reggae and dancehall artist Stonebwoy says he is currently mulling an invitation from the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to perform at one of their campaign rallies ahead of the 2024 polls in December.Making an appearance on Hitz FM on November 28, 2024, the "Bawasaaba singer" revealed multiple political parties have knocked on his doors to perform, including the NDC.

Stonebwoy clarified that although he has not personally engaged in discussions with NDC representatives, there has been communication from the party. However, he asserted that his acceptance of these invitations would be primarily based on the party's ability to settle his financial demands.

We're negotiating the financial terms, and if they are favourable, I'll perform for my fans and use some of the money for the BHIM Festival," he added.He also emphasised the importance of peace during the election period, stating, "December is coming, so peaceful elections are all we seek. Whenever you see me on any platform, I'm performing for peace, whether it's for NPP, NDC, or CPP.
