Ghanaian musician Black Sherif has revealed the official tracklist for his new album, Iron Boy, which is set to be released on April 3, 2025. The album includes 15 songs, with only two collaborations featuring Nigerian artistes Fireboy DML and Seyi Vibez.
Black Sherif shared the tracklist on Instagram, sparking excitement among fans who have eagerly awaited the project. Some of the songs on the album include The Victory Song, Top of the Morning, Sacrifice, Rebel Music, and the title track, Iron Boy.
The announcement comes after he unveiled the album’s cover art and an official teaser, which featured a dark, mysterious theme. In the trailer, Black Sherif appeared dressed as an alien, adding to the anticipation.
Before releasing the tracklist, the artiste had already dropped two singles. His first song of 2025, Lord I’m Amazed, was released on January 9, coinciding with his 23rd birthday.
The track performed well on the UK Afrobeats Chart, competing with songs from Davido and YG Marley.
Black Sherif also gave fans a sneak peek of some tracks from Iron Boy during a session in London, where he met Tottenham Hotspur defender Kevin Danso.
This new album follows his 2022 debut, The Villain I Never Was, which reached #12 on the Billboard World Albums Chart. That success cemented his place as one of Ghana’s top music exports, alongside stars like Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale, and Amaarae.
