According to him, it's painful for such individuals to see that the money ended up in the hands of someone they consider underserving.

"I mean, if you are a foot soldier, you have worked hard for the party and are waiting for an appointment or something. The amount of money he gave her could start your business. You won't be happy with that. You understand me?"
