Sean “Diddy” Combs has listed his Los Angeles mansion for sale, four months after it was raided by the Department of Homeland Security amid sex trafficking allegations.
Purchased in 2014 for $40 million, the Holmby Hills property is now on the market for $70 million, reflecting a bid to profit from its amenities, which include a 17,000-square-foot main house with a 35-seat theater, gym, wine room, and a separate 3,000-square-foot building.
The estate also features a lagoon-style pool and grotto.
Following the March raids on Combs’ Los Angeles and Miami residences, federal investigators are reportedly preparing accusers to testify before a New York City grand jury as part of a sex trafficking probe.
Combs, now primarily residing in Miami, has faced scrutiny following a widely circulated video showing him assaulting ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in 2016.
Initially denying allegations, Combs later apologized after the incident gained public attention.
The relationship between Combs and Ventura, which began in 2007 and spanned over a decade, was marked by legal disputes.
Ventura initially filed a lawsuit alleging Combs subjected her to a tumultuous lifestyle, including physical abuse and coercive behavior.
The lawsuit was settled out of court.
Combs is currently facing multiple sexual assault lawsuits amidst ongoing legal challenges.
